The operator of the Veterian brand acts as controller for the name, contact details, company information and project description you provide in the proposal form.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is processed only to assess your request, contact you, define project scope and protect the service, based on steps requested before a contract, legitimate interests and consent where applicable.
Retention and sharing
Records are kept on Cloudflare infrastructure only for as long as needed to conclude the request and satisfy applicable legal obligations. Data is not sold for marketing and is shared only to operate the service securely or meet a legal duty.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or withdrawal of consent by contacting proje@veterian.com. After identity verification, requests are answered within the period required by applicable law.
Cookies and security
The site uses no advertising or behavioural tracking cookies. A strictly necessary HttpOnly, SameSite=Strict cookie protects administrator sessions. Forms are protected by rate limits and technical abuse controls.
